Local Houston adman, Lou Congelio, announced today the formation of a new advertising agency designed to meet the needs of local and regional clients in search of creative, innovative strategies. The firm, CongelioVB, is a collaboration between creative director Congelio; long-time Big Apple creative Peter Vogt; and research & marketing strategist Alan Vera.

Congelio, perhaps best known for his breakthrough billboard campaign for Buc-ee’s convenience stores, stated, “Our method is simple: We uncover what makes our client unique and then we tell people about it in a very engaging way that’s intelligent, relevant, and usually surprising,”
